When searching, eLibrary offers many special search features, including newspapers, books, maps, websites pictures, audio and video settings. Also, you have the option of searching only within scholarly journals or articles written within the past 90 days. In addition, there are special collections for History and Literature.

Another helpful feature is the Browse by Topic setting, where you can do research by topic, including mathematics, art, and science. You can also browse for a publication alphabetically.

Once a user creates an eLibrary account, you have access to many special features.

My List is a special feature where a user can save any of the searches they make very easily. This way they can return to their research at a later time. More features that come with an eLibrary account include viewing sideshows, timelines, and quizzes from your school.

Lastly, eLibrary also includes a dictionary, thesaurus, encyclopedia, and almanac in its Reference section.
